	Noelex Yacht Association of Australia
	Date of formation 1 July 1996.
	Full membership is open to owners of Noelex yachts and any crew persons on Noelex yachts.
	Associate membership is open to non-owners.
	Current membership nearing 200 (as at end December 2007).
	Total yachts in Australia: 263 Noelex25 and in excess of 50 Noelex30/ Farr940 yachts.
	We establish contact between members selling yachts and potential buyers.
	A newsletter 'Telltales' is sent to members on a regular basis containing cruise and racing reports, hints etc.

The aims of the Association are:

To promote, foster and co-ordinate:
- competition between Noelex yachts at the State, National and International level and
- cruising and social activities amongst members of the Association.
to promote encourage and assist the exchange of information and ideas between members, to enable them to more effectively and safely use Noelex yachts
to foster and maintain member and family participation in all aspects of the association's activities
to uphold and strictly enforce class rules and restrictions for the various classes of Noelex yachts
to represent the members in matters related to the design, appearance, performance and safety of Noelex yachts and their road trailers
to promote the interest in the yacht as a Class and control the affairs of that class in accordance with the wishes of the members
to liaise with other yachting or related organisations in the interest of the Association
